Details Of This Service:
First, you will fill out two intake assessments: a sleep questionnaire and your baby's sleep space assessment. You will also be provided with the self-help manuals at this time. I will review both assessments and provide a very detailed plan over the phone outlining what's causing your issues and steps to solve it. We will then start working together throughout the day to fill your baby's sleep tank, enhance your sleep routines, work out an ideal schedule for your baby and teach your baby how to sleep independently using a Gentle Method.
*I check in throughout the day (9-4:30 p.m.) as well as set you up for success outside of business hours.
